Spring is Springing!!

SPRING IS SPRINGING!!! And with that comes some basic home maintenance items to keep your home as good as new:

1) GET THOSE WINDOWS CLEANED inside and out. Give me a shout if you would like a vendor recommendation!

2) SERVICE HVAC UNITS. Change your air filters!

3) CLEAN YOUR GUTTERS of debris and check that the downspouts are pointed away from you house.

4) CHECK SIDEWALKS AND WALKWAYS for uneven concrete and pavers. During the wet months pavers may shift and create a tripping hazard.

5) TEST YOUR SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS and insert new batteries if necessary.

6) CLEAN YOUR GRILL and get ready for the beautiful Bay Area summer weather and barbecue season!
